"I texted Casey on a Sunday after Hurricane Ida based on the excellent comments so many people have made on our community Facebook page. He not only responded (on a Sunday!) but he sent someone out the next day to check it out and I had a new unit installed by the end of the week. They guys were so professional and nice. Left everything clean and working great. Regarding price, I contacted a family member who has 30+ years in the industry and was told that the rate was comparable to his friends and family rate. Oh, and then Casey helped me with my insurance claim which had some hoops but he was great. Seriously- I recommend him whenever possible!!!"
